Sinterklaas was in Madrid

Its Sunday the 4th of December, As I told you in my last blog we go out for dinner tonight.
We went again to Vivares 37, I love the food there and it isn’t really expensive.

Monday we celebrated Sinterklaas with our exchange friends, one of our friend went back home last weekend to her parents and brought us some ribbons with the head of Sinterklaas and Zwarte piet. We all brought three little presents, I brought a little Christmas tree and red balls for in the three and a cute frog with a clip for photos.



We did the game with the dice, for those who don’t know the game a short explanation. There are three rounds, the first round you roll the dice and for example when you throw 1 and 6 you can take a present and unpackaged this and when you throw 2 you can roll another time, we also made assignments, Some of them were about giving presents away and other were drinking assignments ,so for example the 3 was doing an assignment and 4 and 5 was nothing. Then a second round of 20 minutes where you can steal presents but also have to give away a present sometimes and the last round with an unknown time where you do the same as in round 2. Everybody wanted the Christmas tree, how cool if you imagine that the three was worth 1,50.. After the great evening we would go out but some of us where so exhausted and others had to deliver some projects so we were just with 5 people left. Too bad I was also exhausted so after half an hour in the Irish pub I went home.

Tuesday we had to work on our final project for strategic management. We weren’t really in the mood so after two hours of work we already quite. We relaxed a bit and prepared the case for strategic again. Pf tomorrow we have the 9 and the penultimate one.

Wednesday we had to make the case at 9 o clock, still so annoying to come out of my bed travel 2 hours and then have class for 1 hour only. Then we went back home and worked again a bit on our final project.

Also the rest of the weekend we were working on our final project so we could deliver it in the weekend. Then it seemed that the case could be delivered a week later.  hmm…



Sunday we planned a museum trip, there was a crib in the former post building on plaza cibiles. There was a big line outside so we thought it must be beautiful, we were waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes then we got a pass but when we enter the building also inside there was a second row again for 30 to 45 minutes. When we saw the crib it was a bit disappointing. It was beautiful but so small we had seen it in 5 minutes. After we went to the exposition about 9/11 what was an impressive one. Also we could have a view from the top of the building. Then we went to the navigation museum, also this was beautiful , it was about the 80 year war and you could see all the beautiful prototypes of the ships. What a cultural day it was !


Next week we have our last classes and go to Porto, I am looking forward so much!
